Museum of Memory opens its doors to explore Honduras’ recent history

Located in the former Presidential House in the Historic Center of Tegucigalpa, the Museum of Memory offers visitors an in-depth look at key events in Honduras’ history over the past one hundred years.


The institution aims to strengthen national identity by presenting exhibitions that reflect the country’s social and political memory. Open to the public from Monday to Saturday, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., the museum invites citizens and visitors alike to learn more about Honduras’ recent past within its historic halls.
